Becoming a Certified Case Manager...

Can anyone recommend to me the best way of accomplishing certification in case management? I'm a 57 year old ADN with 20+ years of varied work experience from CCU to health insurance company prior authorization experience, looking for working from home, hopefully, and making a comfortable income without the stress of working in a hospital. I prefer desk and telephone work. Can anyone please help me with recommendations? I was going to work toward my BSN, but just don't have the time or spare money to self fund at this point in my life circumstances. Thank you for any suggestions you may have for me.
