This area needs a stickie.

I see many posts of people inquiring about what case managers do, as well as how you can break into it. Whether certifications are worth it to help get a job, and what to expect in an interview as well as what skills and requirements are beneficial to this area.
Most other specialties are asking the same questions and have a stickie. I would appreciate it if we could start working on one.
