Corvel hires home based TCMs and UR nurses. I am a TCM and work from home, but I was told that you have to live in California to work out of the Orange office (where I'm based out of). Same for UR nurses. One of their UR nurses just quit on Friday so they have an opening right now. Not sure about the other Corvel offices.

Corvel in Minnesota also has home based telephonic case managers. I would think that many of their offices would have these positions. You can also do a search on google for telephonic case managers. Contact the companies that come up in the search to find out if they have home based telephonic case managers.
