Pediatric Telemetry Patches

My unit only has pediatric telemetry patches stocked right now. These patches are significantly smaller than the regular adult patches we normally use. There is a hand written sticky note placed on the cabinet that says, "Pediatric Tele patches ok for adult use". I just wonder if there will be any differences on the telemetry reading because these patches are so much smaller? I would love some insight on this! Thanks!
