    Hello, been in CVICU for about 3 years wanting to transfer to OR then to CVOR. Any tips or suggestions? Right now its really difficult to get in to OR at my current facility here in NYC. But would like to explore NJ as well.

    At the long term would want to relocate to Dallas, TX to live and work there. Right now I have NY, NJ and TX RN licenses.
