    Hi I currently am a Cardiac Telemetry RN for 3 yeas. I have an interview for an ICU position in the same hospital I currently work In. Does anyone have an idea of what kind of questions to expect? Also what questions should I ask them?

    Why do you want to switch departments to the ICU?
    What was a difficult situation you dealt with in your previous job?
    Do you plan on leaving in a couple years after you get your ICU experience to CRNA school?
