BESIDES the signs and symptoms, are there anyway that through conducting a physical examination, we can confirm a patient has myocardial infarction?
No. You cant 'confirm' an MI by physical exam alone (ESPECIALLY if you're not considering patient complaints/signs/symptoms). To be 100% certain, you need ekg, enzymes, etc. etc.
Lots of stuff can 'look' like an MI.
