Could you be more specific? There are lots I can think of: CAD, MI, STEMI, etc.

Tako-tsubo syndrome (Broken heart syndrome) very interesting stuff. Also known as stress cardiomyopathy.

Role of Plavix in ACS, Door to Baloon Times in STEMIs, Risk Stratification in ACS....the topic is pretty wide open. Pick something on the continuum that interests you. Remember, ACS encompasses STEMIs, NSTEMI/Unstable Angina, Stable Angina so the field is really wide.

But Tako-tsubo Cardiomyopathy is pretty cool...
