Dual job monitor/secretary in stepdown

Hi!

We have 15 beds stepdown and would like to check if there are other hospitals/facility that have a separate monitor and secretary. I heard from a friend that there are some hospitals who has one staff to perform the role of a monitor tech/secretary.
