CT surg. RN's - need resume help

Hi Nikki,

You're trying to get a job in a CT ICU for the first time, is that right?

Things that are desirable to work in a CT ICU are

• ACLS, if you don't already have it, you should definetly get it, even if not mandatory
• Telemetry experience or an EKG course, knowing how to read strips is essential
• Critical Care experience or PACU experience
• Ventilator experience

What kind of experience do you have? You may be able to find an internship program, which they will teach you how to read strips, and critical care basics. Good luck!!
