by Agnetha Feb 24, '10Hi, I work in a 12 bedded Coronary Care Unit, with telemetry monitoring facilities.
I would like to put together a teaching pack suitable for student nurses on placement,
to gain understanding in ecg analysis and rhythm disturbances, without making it too
complicated. I would appreciate your comments and ideas.
Print and share with friends and family.
Compliments of allnurses.com.

Maybe keep to the basics of "too fast - too slow - oh crap"
Maybe highlight areas you know they'd see a lot of based on your population.
A review of your own monitoring system and lead placement would be good so you don't find patient's rhythm's changing because their leads are all mixed up.Agnetha likes this. - Mar 4, '10 by AgnethaThank you so much for your reply. I tend to get a bit too theoretical (boring?) and
loose the stimulus of being very practical, so your suggestions are very welcome
