I was checking out music/radio sites on the net and ran across this site. I didn't try to register as the original site said you need a Canadian zip code to register.
Anyway, it looks like a good site.

And I found something new......, you all probably already know about it......, I discovered Gortons 8 ounces packages of seasoned and frozen fish in the freezer case at the grocery store. It says it is from Canada...the pollock/salmon/etc.

It is very healthy, simply fish, and the seasonings are delish.
And, for people on the Adkins diet, Gortons is perfect.

Last week I bought some fake crab meat, and also some of those fish in a jar that are in yogurt.......or sour cream. Anyway, both of those were soaked in sugar and full of carbs.

Gortons is all natural , and tastes better, and no sugar or carbs.

You all can push these and keep Canadians working. I wish I'd found them a long time ago.... a nice break from tuna.
