The exam is really nothing to stress over. If you made it through school and have worked as as GPN before hand it really isn't difficult. Very common sense. Just brush up on areas that you don't do at work.
When I wrote mine, I needed to brush up on IV fluids because the facility where I worked, there were no IVs.
Best advice, good night's sleep, allow extra time for travel to the site, chewing gum and kleenex. It's all up there in your brain.
I remember many of the questions from the study guide appeared on the test.
So, if you have the practice disk and are doing ok on it, you'll be fine on the day.
