Wants to migrate in Canada

I'm a nurse working in the philippines with 3 years up to present experience in a hospital especifically in Operating Room Unit.I also had an exposure in medical surgical ward in the same hospital.I was thinking that the length of my experince is enough for me to work or apply for an immigration in canada,its really one of my dream country.Recently I attended a seminar conducted by a canadian immigration consultancy,he told me the advantages of migrating to canada and the benefits that i could get. Also he told me that its good to apply for an immigration visa rather than working visa .Furthermore he explained about having relatives or friends in canada who can help me find an employer so that the show money will be waved as pre requisite by the canadian embassy. i want to know whether its easy to find an employer for us filipino nurses or not? what will be the easiest way....can anyone give me the best option to do?any advise or opinion are greatly appreciated...pls do help me........for me to have a good career plan.
