Uniform or scrubs in Alberta?

I work in SK, so can't actually comment on Alberta, but here all scrubs are good. You could always call HR and ask them what the dress code is. Good luck!

I used to work at Foothills Medical Centre and basically any scrubs will do. I can tell you some uniform stores. There's one right by the hospital on University Drive I believe called,"Uniforms by Karen." Her sister has a store in the SW by Chinook Mall called," Vogue Uniforms." By Heritage C-Train station, there is,"The Nursing Station." "Med Threads is also in the SW, past Chinook. If you need the exact locations, try and google it or use Superpages.ca. I'm not sure what unit NICU is...I used to work on Unit 42b-It's gyne/oncology surgery. I did my schooling out in Alberta but home is in BC. I moved back in April. Foothills is an awesome place to work, busy hospital and big. I hope you have a good time there and I wish you all the best!

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit = NICU

Sorry, what I meant to write was....I knew what NICU was but I just didn't what floor. Gosh, after 4 straight nights I can't type properly.
