Students travelling to Africa

Hey everyone I was just wondering if anyone knows of any opportunities for Canadian nursing students to travel to Africa? I know that there are a few places in the States that will do it but I am having trouble finding information on any Canadian ones. Thanks!!!

I don't know of anything but I will keep my eyes open for you.

Sounds neat. Can you tell me anythig at all about what you'd be doing? Or hope to be doing? Where? When. How long. Stuff like that. Do you hope to get paid?

I really want to go and work there when I'm done school. I'm really not sure about any of the details, thats what I'm trying to figure out. I know some students in the Georgian/York program went to the Dominican Republic to help out, so I was just hoping to find something similar only in Africa. If I find anything I'll post it.
