Student from Spain would like to go to Canada

Hi:

I'm a Spanish nurse student from Barcelona, Spain. This is my last year in the degree and I'm thinking to continue studying next year, also trying to work part time in a hospital or in a bussines with nursing services, because I'd like to get a little experience.

I've choosen several places, one of this could be Canada, I know Vancouver (BC) and I think I'll be well there.
Anyone could tell me anything about what documents I'd need to find a work there? Also I'm talking with Victoria University and British Columbia U. to find what kind of studies I can apply.
