I went to a St. Eliz job fair just before I graduated but I wasn't impressed. They seemed vague about orientation and support and the pay was much lower than working in acute care or ltc. I don't know what province you are in but the rep of most community nursing agencies in my area are huge work loads, little support and poor pay.
