RPN's in Medical/Emerg

Is there anybody who works as an RPN in a Medical Unit/ Emergency Unit? I got an interview this week and fairly confident that I got the job. Went really well...I would like to know what are the biggest challenges in those Units. I have 5 years of experience in a LTC which is totally different. I would like to get some feedback on generally what would I expect as working in those units. Thanks!!
