Fiona59: Actually, I am not really familiar with the right term, all I know is these is what they call for those working in nursing homes or institution, somewhat like a caregiver..... well unfortunately I'm from the philippines..

ouch! hmmm... but it just left me with no choice.. see I'm a RN here in the Phils n actually pass my NCLEX n IELTS but the problem is that I don't have any experience working in an hospital because I was more busy taking all the exams and ended up with no work because of increasing number of graduates each year n our government can't cope with that. and with the retrogression in states and in Canada to become a nurse I know that I need also to have experience and take their exams too.. see that's why I don't have a choice...

Thanks... there are few I know that will like to hire me as a nurse in states even without experience but then because of retrogression it will be so much later that I can practice as a nurse..And I cant wait for that since I don't have any work yet that can help me to be financially stable.... It's really hard for me to take this risk it just gave me no choice....

Maybe now its just a start, then I'll proceed to become a nurse when everything is ok.. I just hope for the best..
