Question for new RN grads in Ontario

by linzz

For those of you who have just recently graduated, how difficult was it to get into a new grad program at a hospital and how did you choose the hospital. I saw a hospital website advertising it's new grad program, is this normal or could this be a hospital that is desperate. I am planning to do a BSN and I would really like to know if it is a struggle to find a decent pregrad opportunity.
