Re: Queen's University Advanced Standing Track
Hi everyone
I currently go to queen's and am trying to transfer into this program for next year.
I've done a lot of looking into it and this is what i know:
you have to have a full year psych course and a full year physiology or physiology and anatomy course to be accepted.
Every year they are unable to predict the amount of students that will apply, especially because most people who come across the course have to take a year to get the required courses.
This years class they had trouble filled. I called and spoke to someone in August and they had STILL not filled the course - that's the only information she would give me on how easy it is to accepted.
i am pretty confident that if you have the prerequisites and apply on time you shouldn't have too much trouble.
There is a meeting here at queen's this wednesday night about the AST track, hopefully I'll know more then.
Hope this helps.
