Nurses & Nursing Students: Questions About Languges Used

I'm curious to know what language is used most during your clinical rotations or while you're working in the hospital? I guess I'm directing mostly at the nurses working in Quebec where they speak French. When speaking with colleagues and patients what language is used most? When you're charting etc. Thanks
