NICU nurses???

Hi there,

Are there any NICU nurses in the Ottawa region? I am originally from Houston Texas. I worked at Texas Childrens hospital for almost 2 years. Moved here for my husband (his work is here) I am new to the concept of unions and how it may affect work conditions, especially in the NICU setting. Whats the nurse patient ratio? How young do they resuscitate here? Is there such a thing as level 2 NICU here? I am just curious, I will be applying soon and I kinda wanna know what I am getting myself into. Thanks to anyone with any info.

Caroline
