moving to usa or not from canada

Hi
I am working in winnipeg 10 year experience, now planning to move in usa or near toronto. Can anyone help me for that. In Ontario Pay is $40 and in usa some agency paying same in usa. So which place is good.

Don't just look at the pay. Look at benefits, cost of living, crime rates, commutes and other quality of life issues. It isn't only about money.
