Re: LPN in calgary
I would work first on bringing your English skills up to par - you'll need to upgrade your Math and Biology, and to do this, you'll need to be able to communicate well with both spoken and written English.
Then, you'll have to take some type of placement test to find out what your skill level is equivalent to in Math.
I had to do my upgrading in Math and Bio - I ended up going back to grade 9 level Math, and finished 3 semesters worth with an A+ average each semester. I had to do Bio 11 and 12 - they are both fascinating and enjoyable - and it will be helpful to have them so fresh when doing the Anatomy and Physiology for LPN.
Basically, if this is truly what you want then take the first step of mapping out what you need to do to get from where you are, to where you want to be. Set small goals, and go for it!!
