looking to network with CKD nurses in the Northern Territories

Was wondering if you could help me to network with possible CKD nurses

I am a renal nurse working with pre dialysis clients (stages 3-5) in general practice.
I work in a general practice in Darwin, Australia with 14 GPs but my model of care is new
And there is no one else in Australia at present working like this so I would like to
explore overseas to get some ideas on how to improve my practice.

hmm... no response from the canadian forum, maybe the nurses in the dialysis/renal/urology forum can help you with your question.
