looking for infor about out post nursing

I Have recently quit my job in a small country hospital and have applied for and taken a job as an outpost nurse
in BC Remote nursing stations. I am having trouble finding any info out about what I have gotten myself into.
I have 20 years experience with some of it ER. Anyone out there give me a general idea?
Thanks
Cathy

While it doesn't refer specifically to BC outposts, you may find the responses to this thread helpful: http://allnurses.com/canadian-nurses...se-368782.html
