I'm from Montreal too and am looking for an on-line Bachelor Degree in Nursing. Where did you end up applying?

Clarion University ONLY offers an online completion RN-BSN program (http://www.clarion.edu/7387/). They offer out of state students, 102% tuition. I would not be concerned about the exchange rate if you can get a good deal on the credits you need to complete the program. I sought the minimalist amount of courses I would have to take, to complete the BSN. I think I made a good choice.
