june crne

hi im planning to take the june 2009 crne.
i was wondering if i should purchase the blueprint for the CRNE june 2005 - may 2009?
or is it just the same as the framework which appears on the website?

and one more thing, do i really need the compendium of standards from the CNO?
if i cant download it, do you suggest that i should really order one?
