To get an employer will be very difficult in my opinion since there are so many nurses out there looking for full time position. I am from the US and couldn't find any employer to sponsor me. What i would suggest is for you to apply as a skilled worker if you are LPN/RPN , because is what i did and took me approx. 1 year for the process to go through, but this all depends from where you're coming. You can learn about federal skilled worker program through
www.cic.gc.ca click on to immigrate on your left side, then select skilled worker and read how to become one. It might take a while, but i think for now is the only way, I might be wrong, it's just my opinion. If you still want to find out if an employer can hire you, you need to be registered first then you can start to do the search. Below are some websites to find employers.
