Did you train as a practical nurse in the Philippines? As far as I know, the only province that has allowed nurses from the Philippines to write the practical nurse exam and work as PNs is Alberta, and that was a one-time thing done to save face.

Are you a registered nurse or a licensed practical nurse? I understand that the Philippines does not utilize LPNs and that is why I ask the question.

Still doesn't answer the question are you a RN or PN? The exam is different and preparation is different.

If you are confused about the scope of practice, you may need to review the Canadian Health System.

To practice as a PN ( Practical nurse) you must have completed a PN program, having a BSN then applying to the PN usually does not work. The PN program is not the consolation prize for not achieving the RN program.

To add to confusion, some BSN where brought over to work as RNs, once their education and skills where evaluated they did not meet the standards of the RN and where allowed to sit for the PN exam. From what I read this was a one time event.
