Help Needed for Telephone Interview

I am being booked for a telephone interview for a new grad RN position in the Coronary Medicine Unit of a teaching hospital.

This is my first interview. Please, I need help on how to prepare. What are the reviews that needed to be done before the day? What questions should I be expecting and what questions can I ask the interviewer?

Your generous inputs would be greatly appreciated.

www.interviewghost.com should give you question ideas - it is also advisable to read up as much as possible on the hospital and also the area (Location of the hospital) since from time to time you maybe ask why you choose to go to that location. It's good for you to write down any important points - questions you'd like to ask along with your strength and weakness, Think about your clinical assessment techniques and any areas you would like to cover. When I did my first telephone interview, I reassured myself that the hopital needed me more than I needed them :-) trust me it worked, I wasn't at all nervous and I got the job.
