Foreign trained nurses apply to us -trained nurses

Hello,

I am a US citizen and received my RN training and license from California. I have an ER/Trauma background interested in working in Vancouver sometime in the future. I was wondering if I would fall under the foreign trained nurses guideline or if someone could direct me to a website addressing questions re: US RNs to Canada. Does Vancouver or British Columbia have a Childrens Hospital?
