CRNE February 2010

I am not sure if it was easier since I have been working as an RN for 3 years already as a paid employee. I found it almost impossible to prepare and just could not motivate myself to study very much. But I ended up purchasing Lippincotts, Mosby's and the CRNE prep guide. I only ended up using the CRNE prep guide and went through it about twice. I just got my results today and found out I passed. Yeah!!!! The hard part for me is that I don't usually agree with the rationale's of the questions that are really subjective. But by reading the rationale's I became a little more familiar with what was deemed as the "better" answer. You can PM me if you want to talk about getting resources since I don't need them anymore.

Waaahh.. I'll also be writing the feb exam and I'm so anxious about it. Yeah, most of the takers said that the CNA CRNE prep guide is the most helpful one to have. I'm also looking for the Lippincott's prep guide.. Anyone out there who has an extra one? Please PM me.. Thanks a lot.

I'm writing it in Vancouver as well! I'm starting with the Mosby's comprehensive review book.. Still really in search for resources. And yeah, I'm also a newbie and couldn't send PMs yet. Seems we really need to participate in more threads still..
