Have you read any of the other threads on this subject? Many of the things you're asking about have already been answered. In a nutshell, It will take a minimum of four to six months to get from initial application to communication of status, BC requires 250 hours of supervised local experience for all IENs, and you will spend a LOT of money, several thousand dollars before you're in a position to be registered in BC. Or in Alberta, or any other province for that matter.
