Athabasca-genetics course-help me

I am going crazy with this genetics course. I am almost done my degree-with no problems-even stats was easier. I am having so much trouble with the first assignment. I am honestly considering dropping it-which I have never done in my life _I am sooo frustrated. Has anyone else taken this course from hell? Did you find it hard as well?
