Alberta License
You need to go through CLPNA for your Alberta license. They will send you a number of forms to fill out, as well as reference forms to forward to your employers. At that point, they do a registration review and let you know what upgrades you may need to be licensed in Alberta. I have e-mailed the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Ontario... but have yet to receive a reply, so if anyone has any information that would be great.
