Hello Everyone!!

I recently got accepted into the RPN program (full time) at Centennial College for January 2013! I am so excited and nervous. Is anyone in this program or has already graduated from the program? How was the program and the professors? Any tips would be really appreciated:)

I just wanted to jump onto this thread. I'll be starting RPN flex in September 2013. I'm really excited but also a bit nervous.

I've already take developmental psychology online and my elective GNED (perspective on human sexuality) I'm taking online now too.

I start global citizenship GNED 500 on May 7th and Comm 170 in July.

My goal is to lighten my course load as much as possible (I have two small children) and I'd like to get a part time job as well.

Is anyone else starting RPN flex at centennial in September ?

Thats great you're getting a head start on the electives. Since you are taking these courses before you starting practical nursing, will they be counted in your GPA for practical nursing? I am sure they will be counted towards your cummulative GPA but I'm just curious if they will be counted within the program GPA because these electives are great program boosters and at some colleges electives taken outside the program duration are not counted towards the program GPA calculation.

I believe the classes I'm taking in advance will be counted towards my GPA. Or at least that's the impression I got.

Three of the classes I'm taking now are mandatory, the fourth is my elective.

I'll speak to the school to confirm though. Thanks for letting me know to look into it :)

Congrads！！I am going to have the Health Foudation in Centennial College this Spetember and go to the PN program next September. I'm quite nervous.. Is that difficult studying the foudation？

I have a question, I applied for RPN at centennial college and I am ask to take the assessment English test.has anyone done it and did you get accepted into the program?

Hey, I've been accepted into Centennial College's RPN (Flex) Was it mentioned in your acceptance letter or in the welcome package? In the acceptance letter it said they should be sending out information about it. I haven't received my welcome package yet. :/

I would definitely contact the school.. There are a lot of things you need to get done before you start an you don't have a lot of time.

I have already contacted (by phone and email) them on Wednesday, I've seen nothing today when I checked. I don't start until Jan 2017, but I want to complete some courses before hand. Hopefully I hear something soon.

I received an acceptance last week for jan17 flex too :) , and confirmed my offer over the weekend. When I called Centennial they said that the welcome page will come in the mail, usually within a week or two after confirmation.

Hey JaguarX, thats awesome! I got my offer two weeks ago and accepted over the weekend as well. Hopefully Ill see you around campus, with teveryone esle.

I just received the welcome package after I sent my post, i in the mail. In the package, it just gives you a welcome booklet that tells you basic things you need to know (similar to what's already on the website) and another copy of your acceptance letter.

Hey bnursing! I'm starting Jan 17 too (flex program) have you recieved any information yet? I only got the welcome package.
