The only part that confused me, and I forgot to ask, was it said no more than two reference forms but it didn't say that for reference letters so I'm assuming it's okay to send more than two reference letters? Or maybe it's safe to submit two?

Again, we appreciate your feedback Smiley65, thank you.

Wow! Okay, to simplify all of the information that has been posted: the way that I understood it, we are supposed to submit two reference forms, NOT letters- if our referee wants, they can write extra information on the back of the form. They can be either work or volunteer... although I have more than one employer that I could ask for a reference from, I am going to go with one from my current employer, and one from volunteering, because I feel that the volunteer work I do is very relevent to the program, and I want to

    Is that about right?

Yes. If they wanted letters as well as references they would have said that. They distinctly said only two reference forms - no more. I'm sure they have enough work to go through and evaluate with everyone handing in two reference forms each - I think that is why they said 'Do not submit more than two references.' in larger print in the email.

Yes! 2 forms. No extra letters. They have everything you have ever submitted and only want those 2 forms now. No extra letters etc.

HI everyone! Very glad that I found this website and found this post! I have been shortlisted for the 2013 intake as well, and having problems with the reference letters now. I have two references on hand already, but I am confused about the job description part. Can I write up a detailed job description myself and attach it to one of my reference letter? ( My current job is a pharmacy technician. ) However, I put a summary of my job on the resume submitted a few months ago. I am afraid it might be redundant.

    Any suggestions are appreciated.

Jeez Louise XD I dont remember there being so much confusion about these references last April.

If anyone was wondering, my employer/volunteer person didn't write any additional info. So don't feel you need to request an encyclopedia from them.
