Textbooks to prepare for CRNE

  1. 0 Hello all,

This summer I'll finish my studies and I'm looking forward to move to Canada next year.
In my country our studies are mainly based on "Brunner and Suddarth's Textbook of Medical-Surgical Nursing". (Not the Canadian version, this one: http://www.amazon.com/Brunner-Suddar...nursing+bruner)

Browsing this forum, I saw people recommending to study from "Medical Surgical Nursing in Canada". My question is (as the latter is expensive to order from here) - How different is it from Brunner and are there a lot of Canadian specific issues to know about ?
This does not regards Prep guides and things like that which I have and would help me, but the right textbook.

It's a bit premature to buy the textbook Medical surgical nursing in Canada, it is a better idea to wait until your application has been processed and you know if you are eligible to write the exam first. Which province are you planning to move to?
