Good resources for studying for the CPNRE include any recent version of a med-surg textbook, your fundamentals of nursing textbook, and any textbooks you used for your assessment course such as Jarvis. Also, I highly recommend purchasing both practice tests on ASIT, take the first one right away and the second one a week before the exam. These tests accurately reflect the CPNRE tests and will show you what areas you need to focus on. There's also the prep book you can purchase and a lot of students sell their old ones from years passed so they will give you an indication of what to expect. Don't just memorize, try to understand the material in examples of situations or experiences you had in your consolidation.
