Is there any body who went to Kaplan(Sacramento) for their LVN?? How worthy is it? - Page 2

I went to their info session last week and classes start every 3 months. The next classes starts 6/11/12 and 9/24/12.

Hey guys im in the same boat! I went to carrington and theysaid it was 45k, unitek is 34, kaplan is 30, caj is 20. I was going to do the bridge to rn after at carrington but they said theyll let u if your lvn program meet their requirements, so far they accept kaplan. Idk about caj but i really want to do caj because its much more cheaper! Has anyone been on the actual program at kaplan here? I want to know if they prepare you well for the nclex and the real job.

I never went to Charles A jones but if you look at their pass rates they are AWEFUL. I should also mention that in a LVN program faster is not better. Your brain needs some time to absorb the information so you can begin to think critically. I went to Twin Rivers Adult School for $12,000 and they had great pass rates. During the course of the program we lost a teacher and I don't think they have completely recovered since then. I believe the program is on hold until they restructure it. But who knows it may be back on track now. Call and find out. Good luck.

do any of you currently attend kaplan? I was suppose to start in the june class but couldn't, so now i'm planning on starting in december. any of you starting in december?
