Feb 25, '07 by TheCommuterHmmm...I lived in Bakersfield from 2003 to 2005, and left the area because there were only 2 nursing programs in the area (both were badly impacted). This is good news for all potential nursing students who are residing in the southern tip of the San Joaquin Valley.
