why did you choose proliability insurance over nso? I couldn't decide

I wonder if we can scan the documents to National?

Has anyone tried to do their drug screen at any of the Quest Diagnostic offices closer than the list provided? I am wondering why they only provided a select few?

I just got my chain of custody letter in the mail all I know is that im doing what the letter says plus one of the offices listed is in temecula right next to me

That office is closet to me out of the selected few on the list but 30+ miles away lol there's one that's only about 8 but its not listed. Grrr!

Did you guys all receive the same essay question???

BTW congrats to you all that made it. I know it's an intense process!!

The essay questions are all along the same line. They usually ask why you want to be a nurse. You can't really prepare for the essay. It's 1-2 pages and a basic 5 paragraph essay. Study up for the TEAS. I would suggest taking the TEAS at a testing site near you to see where you stand.

Thanks SammiN! I am currently doing my prereqs at National and plan on applying for the LVN-BSN that starts January. I'm totally nervous about the teas and the essay.
