    Hello everyone! What kind of stethoscope should I buy and where should I get it? I need a really good one. I remember in physiology, I had the hardest time hearing the "thump."

    I love the Littman Classic II- great sounds and comfortable ear pieces. They also have the Littman Master Cardiology which has even BETTER sounds but, is more expensive. Check out the online uniform stores as they have great prices. I have gotten several new ones from " allheart.com" it is a uniform store that used to be called something else and has been around for YEARS! If you order online, you can even have either the Bell or the Tubing personlized....nice feature.

    Hey guys!!

    No luck last night! I failed the teas by .5%... I didn't finish the math section which hurt me a lot, but I'm ok with it! It would have been fun to join your class, but I think that staying in the Lvn program for now will do some good! I'm happy either way.... !! I tend to look at the brighter side... Thanks guys for the support!! Have fun in the program!! See ya around campus!!

    Hey Guys,

    Okay, no luck last night! I failed the teas by .5%. I didn't finish the math section, which hurt me a lot. Wow! It read on the site that 50% of the people who tested has also ranked that score or lower... Am I reading that right? 50%?? Not sure? That's pretty low.. Stinks I won't get to join your class this coming up semester, but I'm sure it'll all work for the better in my case! thanks for the support!! See ya around campus!

    I figured out the issue - I had to clear the cookies for this site off Firefox....

    Ngarcia543- I am so sorry to hear that. I am happy for you in that you are in the LVN program and have this great outlook. Luckily, you'll get another chance next year automatically, which may time out well for you, and I hope to see you then!!

    As for stethoscopes, I splurged on the Littman Cardio III, since I feel insecure about my ability to hear, even though I have never had a problem in the past, even using the $20 stethoscopes. I like it thus far! I have been testing it on everyone with a pulse...lol
