  1. This is a discussion on I got into antelope valley college! in California State Nursing Programs, part of California Nursing ... So I just so happen to call AVC and they tell me "your number 37, and starting in spring!" OMG! So...

    So I just so happen to call AVC and they tell me "your number 37, and starting in spring!" OMG! So instead of fall 2013....I'm going to start Spring 2013!! I'm so excited!! Anyone else starting spring 2013?! I've been on the waitlist for a year. So I guess it was a 3 semester wait all together
    :-) IM SO EXCITED!! Any other AVC program starters? Or any school starting spring 2013.

    Congratulations!! When did you apply? and what did you think of the TEAS test?

    I have been on that waitlist since february and will probably start in the fall of 2013.

    Congrats!! I applied before Christmas break last year & am currently #64. A couple months ago, I was told by the woman in the nursing dept to expect the take my TEAS in Sept. Who knows now, as I haven't moved up at all on the list, nor have I received anything in the mail. The waiting continues. It could go either way at this point; Spring 2013 or Fall 2013. I'm hoping & praying for Spring!!::fingers crossed::

    I haven't taken the teas. I took the 4.0 and got 78% overall. :-/ I suck on tests. I applied around July 2011. before the start of the fall semester.

    Would be nice!! I am so excited. And ridiculously nervous at the same time!! I am going out of my mind!! But excited. Feel like crying. I'll be the first college graduate in my family. We have nurses but they are cousins, aunts and great grand parents.

    CONGRATS!!!!!.....I'm currenlty #51 still waiting to take the TEAS. Anticipated start date of spring 2013.

    Congratulations! I'm currently #68 on the wait list. I just took the TEAS V this morning and passed with a 77! Now I'm hoping 8 people will drop or defer so I can start in Spring 2013. Either way, I'm relieved to have the pre-reqs and TEAS out of the way.
