I have applied for Sac states nursing program for Fall 2012. My daughter will be 2 years old at that time. Has anyone attended this program with kids? How was it, tips? Does anyone else applying for Fall 2012 have kids? Also, we will likely be commuting during the week (hubby's job is in South Bay) and staying with my in-laws in Woodland. Any preschool/childcare suggestions from anyone who knows the area? Thanks!

Aug 25, '12 by vintagemotherI know this is late, but I wanted to add my 2 cents: I have a friend whose daughter just finished this program. I think it is best done with the understanding you will miss your kids quite a bit. It is possible to complete the program with kids, but when I attended an info meeting on the csus BSN, the speakers clearly told us that we wouldn't see our family that much during the program. That being said, I hope to start this program fall 2013 and I will have 3 kids, well actually 2 because one will be 18!
