Hey guys, I have an interview tomorrow at UCLA for the super user position. Since they can't guarantee there will be a RN New Grad program this time..but does anyone know what exactly are they looking for? I mean im sure most of us have good computer skills..I don't know how to prepare for this interview!!

Hi everyone. Does anyone know if they are still hiring for this position? I just applied to it today. Looks like they have hired lots of you already. Congrats to all. Any info on the status of this job would be appreciated. Thanks![/quotehi! I'm not sure if they are but if the job posting is open, you still have a chance!! good luck!
Hi all, I'm interviewing on Tuesday the 13th. Wondering what the format of the interview was... single interviewer or multiple? Were you the only interviewee or were there multiple? I'm trying to figure out how to best prepare for this one. Without giving away specifics, did they ask questions/focus on nursing, teaching, Epic, computer systems or all of the above? For those of you that have started, how do you like it? Thanks!D
You interview one on one with a recruiter.. focus on anything you have ever done that has to do with teaching/mentoring others.. training. It's very straightforward but they want to know how well you could learn the information and teach it! good luck!

I heard that they will be hiring about 400 new grads.

They are hiring 400+ super users - new grad RNs, current nursing students, and people with previous IT experience. If you're still considering applying - do it! It's a great experience and resume builder. All of us who have been hired don't start until after Thanksgiving. But there is paperwork, health screening, and orientation to get through so I'm sure UCLA is trying to get everyone on board before Super User training starts in two weeks.

Awesome, thank you. Keeping my fingers all goes well tomorrow!

It seems many people got hired and they are definitely looking to hire more. I interviewed today and they told me right after. I am happy, but now I have to look for housing around UCLA because I am a San Diego resident.

Anyone else traveling from SD?? It was a loooong drive for me to take alone.

My application status still says "Application for Future consideration". Not sure if that's good or bad, but would really like for this opportunity to pan out. Congrats on getting the position!

I sympathize with the long drive, I'm from the bay area. I also heard right after so I was able to get my health screening in today! Congrats!

I'm traveling from Orange County. Maybe we could get a carpool group together for those from around here or even San Diego to meet somewhere then just drive one car and rotate who drives the full way/ split gas.

I was wondering if anyone of you starting on the 21st have heard any further information on our schedules or placements? Thanks.
