Would anyone who has gone through the panel interview like to let us know how it went? Thanks and good luck to everyone!

Hello All,

I had my interview today. I don't know what to say but be ready to come with your clinical or other background experience to answer the questions. Just to be fair, all I could say it is truly all behavioral questions.

When you arrive, the HR representative will explain the process. Once explaining the process, you will be escorted by an HR representative to the interview room. The HR will assign you to the order of seating placement before entering the room. Once you enter the room, expect to have 9 other Stanford representatives watching you, however, only 4 of them will provide the questions. The other people who are not providing questions are either HR representatives or Unit Managers.

When you get your question, your given 2 minutes max. One of the Stanford Representatives will be timing you and letting you know if you are over. There really nice if your a little over the time limit but if you go overboard they'll cut you off. However, no one in my group went over 2 minutes.

It was my first interview with that much representatives watching you in an interview. If you made it this far, we are 72/472 applicants accepted for an interview. After the interview, we will be notified by Friday, February 3 if we made it to the next round. They will be selecting 30/72 people to move forward to an one-on-one interview with the manger. At the end, only 15 people will get hired.

I wish everyone the best of luck.

In response to "So is anyone moving on to the next round? Curious what units are hiring..." I am moving on and my interviews are scheduled for Intermediate Cardiac ICU and the BMT/Oncology unit. Good Luck to those who have more interviews coming up in the next couple of weeks!!!

Has anyone had their final interview yet? If so do you have any advice?

I believe interviews had to be completed by today, right? How did everyones go?! We should hear early next week I thought I remember them saying? Does anyone know if there were a lot of internal applicants? During one of my interviews I got that vibe, but I can't tell if I was just reading into things too much... Good luck to everyone!! :-)
